Forbes has released list of the world’s top 10 highest paid actors of 2019

Forbes has released a list of the top 10 actors who have made an insane amount of money in the year 2019. Only one Bollywood actor has made it to the Forbes World’s Highest paid actors in 2019.

The list released by Forbes includes the time period from June 2018 to June 2019. The Forbes list includes four actors in ‘Avengers: Endgame’ which became the highest-grossing movie of all time with
$2.796 billion at the box office.

A tremendous change is observed when compared to the list of highest-paid actors in 2018.

Here’s the list of the World’s top 10 highest-paid actors of 2019:

10. Will Smith

With earnings of $35 million, Will Smith secured number ten on the list.

Will Smith famously played the Genie in the live-action remake of Aladdin, released in May. He’s also the lead in Gemini Man, coming out in October.

9. Paul Rudd

Paul Rudd is in ninth place with earnings of $41 million.

Paul Rudd plays Ant-Man in Avengers: Endgame so all credit goes to it. He also played the lead in Ant-Man and the Wasp, released in the summer of 2018.

8. Chris Evans

Chris Evans steps up two places with earnings of $43.5 million, last year it was $34 million and Chris placed tenth place in the Forbes list.
Chris Evans owes his position on this list to the MCU. In addition to Avengers: Endgame, he appeared in Captain America for his roles in Marvels movies.

7. Adam Sandler

Adam Sandler is seventh on the list with earnings of $ 57 million.
Adam Sandler played alongside Jennifer Aniston in the Netflix film Murder Mystery, released in June this year. He also released a Netflix special, Adam Sandler: 100% Fresh, in October 2018, and voiced Dracula in Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation (July 2018).

6. Bradley Cooper

Bradley cooper is new on the list and secured 6th position on the Forbes list whereas there is a tie between Adam Sandler and Bradley Cooper with earnings of $57 million.
Bradley Cooper played Jackson Maine in A Star Is Born (October 2018), which he directed, co-wrote, and produced, he voiced Rocket in Avengers: Endgame and is co-producing the movie Joker starring Joaquin Phoenix.

5. Jackie Chan

Our loving Jackie Chan, The Hong Konger martial artist, actor, film director, producer, stuntman, and singer secured the fifth position in the Forbes list.

4. Akshay Kumar

National award-winning actor Akshay Kumar has again made it to the Forbes list with the earnings of $65 million.

Recently, He played a lead role in Mission mangal which is one of India’s first space films. The Bollywood actor and producer, star of the February 2018 comedy-drama Pad Man on menstruation taboo, done several leading roles in 2019, in Kesari, Mission Mangal, and Housefull 4. He has two more lined up in 2020, in Sooryavanshi and Laxmi Bomb.

3. Robert Downey Junior

Tony Stark ‘Iron Man’ cemented the third position in the Forbes list with earnings of $66 million.

Has played the role of Tony Stark/Iron Man a total of ten times: Iron Man (2008), The Incredible Hulk (2008) in a cameo, Iron Man 2 (2010), The Avengers (2012), Iron Man 3 (2013), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) in a small role, Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Avengers: Endgame (2019). Six of those ten films grossed over $1 billion at the worldwide box office.

2. Chris Hemsworth

The handsome hunk Thor is at the second spot in the Forbes list with earnings of $76.4 million.

Chris Hemsworth appeared as Thor in Avengers: Endgame and scored one of the two lead roles in Men in Black: International alongside Tessa Thompson in 2019.

1. Dwayne Johnson

Recently married Dwayne ‘The Rock‘ johnson tops the Forbes list with earnings of $89.4 million.  Johnson also took the title of the highest-paid actor in 2016 but he came in second place in 2017 and in 2018.

The Rock will earn an upfront salary of up to $23.5 million for “Jumanji: Next Level” — making the film his highest paycheck yet.
