Some days is your gym crowded like mine? When the gym is busy it’s very hard to get all the equipment and machines you want. I have a great workout to share with you using one machine. This workout is all based around the cable machine. It’s 5 rounds of 5 different exercises. 10 reps of each exercise. The abs leg lifts are 20 reps. Rest time about 60 seconds between each exercise. This workout should be done in under 50 minutes. Making progress is about mixing it up sometimes. Try this, you’ll be happy you did.
