The trailer of Rajkumar Rao and Mouni Roy’s starrer movie ‘Made In China’ is out, which has the perfect jugaad for struggling entrepreneurs
Maddock films has released the trailer of Rajkumar Rao and Mouni Roy’s upcoming movie ‘Made in China’ on youtube. The trailer is catching a lot of appreciation all around. Earlier its motion poster had already created a good buzz. The two minutes and thirty-seconds trailer has it all, entertainment, quirkiness, perfect comic timing and a hell lot of fun.
‘Made In China’ is directed by Mikhil Musale, who won the Best Director Award for his 2016 film ‘Wrong Side Raju’. ‘Made in China’ is all set to hit the screens on Diwali this year.
Rajkumar is playing a struggling Gujarati businessman who wanted to be a successful entrepreneur. The film also features an ensemble cast comprising of Mouni Roy, Boman Irani, Paresh Rawal, Sumeet Vyas, Amyra Dastur and Gajraj Rao.
Mouni Roy is playing a Mumbai girl who moves to Gujarat after marrying Rajkumar.
Rajkummar Rao also put on eight kilos for the role, as we get to see him flaunting his tummy in the trailer. Talking about the weight gain of actor for the role, Director Mikhil Musale has said, “I really don’t know how he did it. And that too, in such a short time span. That’s his secret and that’s honestly the magic of a performer as incredible as Raj. I think he has spoiled me for life as this was my first Hindi film and I was fortunate enough to work with possibly the most collaborative artist.”
About the movie producer, Dinesh Vijan has said, “What I love about ‘Made in China’ are the characters! You are so easily drawn to each one of them, that it makes the film more endearing. We are excited for the audience to see the endearing chemistry between Raj and Boman and also the special part that Gajraj and Paresh play in Raghu and Dr. Vardi’s (Boman) entrepreneurial journey.”
